The Exhuast Shop

The most overlooked item on modern performance vehicles is the exhaust system. Folks will spend thousands on a set of name brand headers and stick a factory 2.25" coupler between the collector extensions and buy an expensive cat back. This is crazy to us. Choke points cause excessive pressure, which can lead to higher exhaust gas temps, increased combustion chamber temps, and detonation in forced induction applications.

We decided to come up with our own solution. introducing the Black Spade cat back system...

Black Spade

Our system is an x-pipe based design. We feel the x-pipe provides a good balance of scavenging and sound characteristics. We coupled that with tuned megaphones that use exhaust pulses to assist with scavenging during camshaft overlap events. The axle back is modular, allowing 12 or 18 inch resonators. All kits will include with axle back dump extensions for race applications, no bullshit 20HP/TQ increase over competitors performance catback system on supercharged applications.

How its made

Everything is back purged tig welded by hand using American 304 stainless steel in San Antonio Texas. We use v-band clamps at every joint except tips, which are 4 inch angled single or quad 4 inch angled, and our included collector extension adapters. Currently there is a 3 week lead time. Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
